On November 1st, that is Kong Sasa’s birthday, the student in Chinese compulsory class. She is the first student to celebrate her birthday with the class. In order to let everyone experience the Chinese style on birthday celebration, Wang Jinzhong, who is their Chinese lecturer, designed an open up a fresh outlook birthday party for students. Longevity noodles are protagonist for the party, with two other Chinese dishes to accompany the meal. Students participated in the noodles, and served in the preparation process and learnt about Chinese cuisine. In the cooking process, students understood the significance of longevity, varieties and characteristics of Chinese food. When the colorful food was presented to the students, they were happy and excited.

During the party, students also learnt the Chinese version of the Happy Birthday song, understanding of the Chinese Zodiac. Through calculation, each of the students knows his zodiac.
